OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

Self drilling screws also known as TEK screws have a tip to cut through material and eliminate the need to drill a pilot hole. An indented hex washer head offers advantages of hex head plus greater protection to mating surface. Stainless steel 400 gives these screws the added benefits of higher strength and wear resistance. The passivated finish makes them much more resistant to corrosion than the original finish. These screws are typically used in metal to metal applications.
