OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.

Description
The button head tie is a two piece tie providing for parallel entry and exit through the head. the strap contains serrations on both sides and has two opposed pawls recessed within a domed head. this design allows the strap to be directed clockwise or counter-clockwise prior to insertion into the head enabling bi-directional looping.
