OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

Nylon insulated terminals feature a semi-translucent insulation that makes it easier to visually inspect your connection. Additionally, nylon insulated terminals can be double-crimped on the wire and the insulation, providing a stronger connection. Nylon is a more flexible insulation material and less prone to cracking than Vinyl (PVC). Nylon insulation is also more chemical resistant than vinyl. Nylon terminals DO NOT offer a sealed connection like heat seal terminals.
