OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.

Swaging is a method of securing cable railing wire with a permanently fitted cable or sleeve. The connection typically exceeds the rated breaking strength of the wire rope or cable. This is accomplished using fittings known as swages. By definition a swage fitting is a wire rope component.

- Sleeves when properly applied are capable of holding the rated breaking strength of the cable
- Stops are capable of holding one-third to one-half of the rated breaking strength of the cable
