Brass compression fittings are an economical choice for a number of applications including air lines lubrication lines cooling lines and compressors. Compatible with a wide range of tubing brass compression fittings are easy to assemble with no need for flaring soldering or other tube preparations.

- Vibration rating is fair - use a long nut when greater vibration resistance is required
- Easy to assemble no flaring bodies come with nuts and sleeves
- Used with copper aluminum or plastic tubing soft plastic tubing requires an internal tube support not recommended for use with steel tubing
- Identifying characteristics are a three piece fitting - a nut a body and a spherical sleeve the sleeve slides over the tubing and when compressed between the nut and the body when assembled creates a positive seal
