OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

With many uses and applications, turnbuckles are designed to take up slack and apply tension. Typical industrial turnbuckles are available in 5 basic styles – eye x eye, eye x hook, hook x hook, jaw x jaw and jaw x eye.
Turnbuckles are made up of the main body and 2 end connections. the inside length of the turnbuckle body determines the length that end fittings can move inward and outward. Sizes are referred to by the diameter of the threaded connections, then by the length that the end connections can be screwed extended or collapsed to (“take-up”).
The larger the thread diameter of the end fitting, the more capacity the turnbuckle will have. the longer the length of the turnbuckle body, the more slack it can take-up.
