OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

Markings found on restroom walls, road signs, billboards, sidewalks, pavements, bridges, buses, trucks and buildings are easily removed. this product will not harm aluminum, steel, glass, concrete, porcelain, brass, chrome, marble, brick and most enameled surfaces. Be sure to pre-test in hidden areas for surfaces susceptible to solvent damage such as plastic, painted surfaces, rubber, asphalt tile and other synthetic surfaces. this formula is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
