OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

Cap Screws are proportioned and toleranced to assure full and proper loading when assembled into a tapped hole. A washer face is provided under the head to provide a bearing surface when tightened. this feature ensures proper fit-up into tapped holes without counterboring. Cap screws feature a chamfered end to aid in inserting into a tapped hole. Hex head cap screws are available in a variety of material grades, including: Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 8 and stainless steels. Additionally, these fasteners are available in plated and plain varieties. Hex head caps screws are a common fastener used in a variety of industrial, construction, automotive and manufacturing applications.
