OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

Oil drain plugs drain the oil from the vehicle pan during an oil change. If there is a leak at the oil plug the gasket may be faulty and needs replacement. If the bolt or oil pan have been cross-threaded the oil drain plug needs replacement. The gasket is a seal that keeps vehicle oil contained while it circulates from the oil pan to the engine block and back again.
