OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

Lights Out is a water-based pesticide developed especially to control bed bugs. When applied as directed on the labeling Lights Out will kill bed bugs on contact.It is third party certified for effectivenesswith 100% mortality occuring within 5-10 minutes of application depending on life stage. Lights Out is also effective on other insects cockroaches ants millipedes carpet beetles and fleas. Any of the listed insects coming into contact with a surface treated with Lights Out will be killed for up to 30 days after application.
