Quest Specialty QUIK-ZINC is a high quality high solids heavy duty zinc coating designed to give superior corrosion protection. It protects ferrous metal from oxidation by bonding with it electrochemically. It prevents rust by galvanic action and dries to a flexible coating that bends without chipping. It can be used as a protective final coating or primer wherever iron or steel will be exposed to atmospheric or corrosive conditions. • DIRECTIONS: Shake can for a full 60 seconds after rattling of mixing ball begins. If application is to cover a large area periodically shake can to insure uniform mixing of the contents. Surface to be sprayed should be clean and dry. Holding can 10-12 inches from the surface apply in thin even coats until surface is completely covered. Allow 5 to 10 minutes after application before handling. After spraying turn can upside down and spray until no more zinc is evident. This product is best applied at room temperature (70-80°F).
