OneSource warrants that products delivered by OneSource to customers will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to return defective products within the warranty period. If OneSource determines that the products returned for warranty refund are not defective within the terms of the warranty, the purchaser shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs.
If an item is returned as defective and it is determined that the product is not, a restocking fee may be charged. Refunds will be issued in the form of an account credit or back to the original payment method.

The ratchet tap wrenches are designed to be left or right-handed operational with a simple flick of the ratchet selection switch.
- Parallel-clamping steel jaws and knurled chuck provide a secure firm grip on hex or square drives
- Adjustable T-Handle may be “slipped” from side to side for positioning convenience and added leverage in tight spaces
- With a flick of the ratchet selection switch it can be easily set for left or right-handed operation or locked for non-ratcheting use
